Our practice is a premier edge provider with VSP and a PLUS provider with EyeMed so your benefits go further!

Vision care plans include routine, preventative eye exams and hardware (glasses/contacts) to correct vision.

Medical insurance includes diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, injuries, infections and medical conditions. Vision plans are supplemental, while medical insurance includes necessary eye health care.

If you have both types of insurance plans, it may be necessary for us to bill some services to your Vision Care Plan and others to your Medical Insurance. Occasionally, this will even result in you scheduling a separate appointment to care for certain conditions.

If you do not see the your insurance listed, please contact us, the list is not all inclusive. We are only able to bill PPO medical insurance plans, if you have an HMO, payment is due when services are rendered.
